Website terms of use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms cover this website. The software itself is covered by the licence agreement, money by the refund policy, and what is stored about you by the privacy notice. Where they overlap, the licence agreement governs the software and this page governs the website.
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it β there is nothing else you need to do.
1. Use it at your own risk
The site is provided as it is. It is kept accurate and available as far as is reasonably possible, but no promise is made that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and none that the information on it is complete or current. Prices, specifications, release dates and screenshots can change without notice, and a page can be out of date.
You are responsible for your own use of this site β for the device and connection you use, for keeping your own systems secure, and for deciding whether anything here suits your purposes before relying on it. Nothing on the site is advice: not legal, not licensing, not technical advice about your venue, your equipment or your show.
2. What you may not do
Nothing surprising. Please do not:
- break into, probe, overload or disrupt the site or anything it runs on;
- use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harm anyone;
- submit anyone elseβs personal data, or anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, through a form;
- hammer the site with automated requests, mirror it wholesale, or harvest addresses from it to mail people (reading it with automated tools is fine β see Artificial intelligence below);
- misrepresent yourself, or imply an association with Queue Up that does not exist.
Access may be withdrawn from anyone doing these things, without notice. Ordinary reading, linking to the site, and quoting a sentence with attribution are all fine and always will be.
3. What you send us
The forms on this site ask for very little: an email address for the waiting list, and an optional note. Do not put anything confidential or sensitive in a free-text field. Anything you send may be read by a person, kept as described in the privacy notice, and used to reply to you or to decide what to build next. You keep ownership of what you send; you give permission to use it for those purposes.
4. Other peopleβs sites
This site links to places it does not control β the checkout, Amazon, hardware manufacturers, documentation, and others. Those sites are governed by their own terms and their own privacy policies, not by these. Read them there. A link is not an endorsement, a guarantee that a product is suitable, or any promise about what that site does with your data, and no responsibility is accepted for their content, availability, or anything you do on them.
Specifically, and worth knowing before you click:
- The checkout is PayPalβs. They process the payment under their own terms and your card details never reach this site β but the sale itself is with us, not with them.
- Hardware links are Amazon affiliate links. A purchase may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. What Amazon sells, at what price, on what terms, and what they do with your data, is entirely between you and Amazon.
5. Artificial intelligence
Using AI is allowed here β on both sides of the conversation. Nothing in these terms, in the licence, or in a robots file prohibits it.
- You may use AI tools with this site and with the software. Ask an assistant to read these pages, summarise the manual, compare the licences, work out which remote to buy, write a script that organizes your audio files, or help you set the app up. Automated reading, indexing, summarising and answering questions about this site are all permitted, by AI crawlers and assistants alike. The only limits are the ordinary ones above: do not overload the site, and do not pass anything off as though it came from us.
- AI was used in building this. Parts of the software, this website and its documentation were written with the help of AI tools, reviewed and tested by a person before release. It is said here rather than left to be discovered. It changes nothing about what is promised: the same warranty position, the same liability limits, the same refund policy, and the same person answering support either way.
- Your data is not training data. Email addresses, waiting-list notes, support messages and customer records are not sold, shared, or used to train AI models. See the privacy notice.
- AI output is not our output. If an assistant tells you something about Queue Up, that is the assistant speaking, not us β it may be wrong, out of date, or invented. What this site and the manual say is what counts, and no responsibility is accepted for anything an AI tool says about the product, or for what you do with something an AI tool produced.
6. The content here belongs to us
The text, images, screenshots, logo and page designs are ours, or used with permission. You may read them, print a page for your own use, and link to any page. Republishing substantial parts, or using the name or logo as though you were us, is not permitted.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from your use of this site or from anything on it β including lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data, or the consequences of a decision made on the strength of a page here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page, and liability for the software you buy is dealt with in the licence agreement rather than here.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and the version in force is the one on this page when you use the site. There is no account to notify, so material changes will also be noted on the site itself.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own countryβs law and may bring proceedings there.
10. Contact
support@quppro.com. A real person reads it.
11. Who runs this site
Boris Cherniak, a sole proprietorship in Florida, United States, at 2401 Antigua Circle #C3, Coconut Creek, FL 33066. For anything at all, email support@quppro.com β a real person reads it.
We sell you the software licence, and we sell it to you directly. PayPal processes the payment; they are not the seller. The sale is with us, the invoice is ours, and any tax due on it is ours to charge and to remit. PayPalβs own terms cover their handling of the money itself. We currently sell directly only in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
