Refund policy

Fourteen days, no questions asked, including after you have downloaded and used it. Email support@quppro.com from the address you bought with, and the money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid from.

How long it takes

The refund is issued the same day it is requested, in normal circumstances. How quickly it appears is then up to your bank — usually three to five working days, occasionally longer.

Why the policy is this generous

Because there is a free fourteen-day trial, and anybody who buys without using it has taken our word for something. If it then turns out not to suit your show, your remote or your machine, arguing about it would cost us more than the sale is worth — and you would be right.

After fourteen days

Ask anyway. If something is genuinely broken, or the software does not do something this website said it did, that is our mistake and we will refund it whenever you noticed. Outside that, the trial is the answer.

Who processes it

We sell directly, so the refund comes from us rather than from a reseller. It is issued back through PayPal, the way the payment arrived, and appears on your statement against the original charge. Any tax we charged on the sale is refunded along with it.

Your statutory rights

UK and EU consumers have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days, which you may have waived at checkout to get the immediate download. This policy gives you that period back regardless. Nothing here affects rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

In the United States there is no equivalent right — no federal law obliges anyone to refund a downloaded product, and most software is sold with no refund at all. So this policy is not us restating the law; it is the whole of what you get, offered because a piece of software you cannot try properly is not worth buying. It is a promise we intend to keep, and one you can hold us to.
